Hetal connects brands with skilled workers (Hetalites) to complete tasks in retail stores. Our platform helps brands turn shelf data into useful insights by ensuring in-store activities are done efficiently and accurately.

We use your location only to verify you're at the store during your reservation and to ensure you get paid promptly. Location services must be turned ON while using the app.

For iPhone users:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Location Services
3. Find Hetal in your app list
4. Select "Always"
5. If Location is grayed out, go back to Settings → Privacy and turn Location Services On

‍For Android users:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Apps
3. Select the Hetal app
4. Tap Permissions
5. Select Locations
6. Choose "Allow all the time"

Filming aisles and products correctly is essential for getting paid.

Follow these simple guidelines:
1. Only visit stores listed in your reservation tab
2. Complete filming before the "Record by" deadline
3. Charge your phone fully before starting
4. When filming, focus on the specific brands mentioned in the prompt
5. Move slowly for better video quality
6. Capture all shelves from top to bottom
7. Film products straight ahead, not at an angle

Register for a Venmo account, then add your account details in the Profile section of the Hetal app.

Videos are reviewed within 1-2 business days.

Approved payments are processed within 1-3 business days.

Go to the History tab in the app to see reservation status, payment amounts, and transaction numbers.

Videos that don't meet quality standards are rejected. Watch the example video in the app for guidance on creating successful submissions.

If you can't complete a scheduled reservation, cancel it as soon as possible through the Reservations tab in the app.
